Welcome to my Website, let me tell you a little about myself. As you've probably guessed my name is Joan Hunter and I'm an amateur photographer living in Northumberland. I first took up photography a couple of years ago after being dragged around Northumberland by my husband who was already a keen amateur photographer, he would be taking photographs while I just sat at the wayside enjoying the beautiful views. I decided then to buy my DSLR camera so I could join him in his hobby, a decision I have never once regretted. As well as us being able to spend quality time together doing something that we both enjoy, we have everlasting images to remind us of our days out together.
We take our photographs for pleasure, we don't want to make a business out of our hobby, our photographs are to purely serve us as memories of our journeys, something we'd like to share with our friends. So a selection of my photographs will be displayed on this site, I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I did taking them.
